I have received emails from a number of users telling me that the app can no longer find their pages. If you are one of those users, please try to log out of the app and log back in. If that does not work, you will have to uninstall and re-install the app. Apologies for the inconvenience but this happens when the Facebook authentication token the app initially received has expired and needs to get a new token to see your pages.


Using Page Manager

Click Continue. You may see a white screen briefly.

Enter your Facebook details.

If your Facebook Page is published and accessible publicly, it will show up here.


My Pages aren’t showing up in the app anymore. I’m getting a “no pages connected” message. What’s going on?

It’s possible that the app has lost the access token to Facebook.

If logging out of the app doesn’t work, I’m afraid that you will have to uninstall the app and re-install it on your phone (http://snair.me/14Ouw1R). If you have paid for the app, don’t worry, the Store will not charge you again when you click Buy, instead, will let you know that you have already purchased the app and allow you to install it.

If it’s still not working, you may have to uninstall the app from the phone, then from Facebook (follow these instructions – https://m.facebook.com/help/170585223002660) and then install it back on the phone (http://snair.me/14Ouw1R).

I haven’t seen an update in a long time. Why are there so few updates for this app?

My wife and I recently became parents. Judah (our little boy) needs our love and care right now. As much as I would love to keep working on new features, I have to give priority to my wife and my son. Thank you for understanding.


I can’t see the messages for my page!

I purchased Page Manager but need to reinstall it. How do I do it without getting charged for it again?

If you purchase Page Manager and ever have to reinstall it, you can do it with the complete confidence that you won’t be charged again! Simply open the Store, find the app and click buy. The Store will know that you’ve already purchased the app, will inform you of this and start downloading/installing the app on your phone. It’s that easy!


I tried to view Insights for my Page, but got an “Unpublished Page” message and was sent back to the dashboard. What’s going on?

As set by Facebook, if a Page is unpublished or have less than 30 likes, Insights will not be available for these pages. Please check and make sure that your Page is published and/or has a minimum of 30 likes, before checking Insights.
