Operation Collaboration

For a while now, I have been wanting to connect with talented, motivated, daring individuals in Brisbane, to work/collaborate with them.

Why?

It has everything to do with ideas!

The ideas floating around in my own head, as well as the heads of everyone else out there.

The ideas that may never see the light of day.

Why?

I don’t know if it’s a good idea.

I don’t have time.

I don’t have the skills.

I don’t know how to manage myself.

I don’t know if I can trust others.

I don’t want to fail.

I could come up with a few more, but you get the idea. Some of those could be yours. I admit some of them are mine.

I hope that this post will encourage people to seek out others, dare to step out of the excuses we’ve all been hiding under and do something with all those ideas.

Why?

Time waits for no one.

Opportunities don’t linger around forever.

Ideas have a time limit before which they become obsolete.

Do something about it.

Why? Why not?

You won’t know what’s going to happen until you step out and give it a shot.

You may fail. So what? At least you tried. Better than hiding behind excuses.

You may succeed. Now there’s a thought. What if?

You’ll just have to find out for yourself.

What I have said applies to everyone everywhere, not just me or Brisbane.

Time to make it personal.

I would like the following in particular to read this post: select individuals, Microsoft and Nokia!

Why?

Select individuals are people like me, those who’re willing to step out and are daring enough to do something different, not run and hide.

Microsoft has the talented teams, technologies, tools and tenacity to bring ideas to life.

Working with Nokia, in their journey with Microsoft, would be amazing. So many possibilities there!

Whether I get a chance to collaborate with select individuals or Microsoft or Nokia, I have confidence in my ability to add value and achieve mutually beneficial results.

I have attempted to do something about all this. Check out Dream. Design. Develop. Deliver.

Save a few, the response to this initiative has been disappointing.

Emails, phone calls and tweets can only go so far.

Let’s meet face to face. Let’s sit down and have a chat. Don’t write me off till then.

If nothing else comes out of it, I guarantee you we would have had a great conversation.

All right. I think I’m done.

Thanks for reading.

Thank Sri :)Thank Sri 🙂
