It seems funny, but honestly, it’s true. I know that my colleagues and I all over the world always feel under appreciated. Sure, we get the occasional thanks from the random user, but for the most part, we are just “digital housemaids”, expected to clean up after everyone and make sure everything is spick and span. If something goes wrong, it’s always our fault. No matter how much time we spend and how hard we work on fixing things, most users have the same opinion about us.
